2011 Pro Bowl Performance Tour Overview :: January 23rd-30th, 2011, Honolulu, Hawaii

The package for the participant in the Pro Bowl Performance Tour is separated into two portions. Particpants must purchase a ground package through AACD and are encouraged to purchase air through the AACD designated travel agent. Participants under 9th grade MUST have an adult travel and room with them on this package. Family, friends, coaches, etc. frequently accompany participants on the Pro Bowl Performance Tour. AACD offers a Spectator Package (varies in price) for these individuals. We cannot accept applications for 4th-8th grade participants without an adult spectator registered on the AACD Tour.

• We have a limited number of spaces available for our Pro Bowl Performance Tour.
• The last four years our Pro Bowl Performance Tour has SOLD OUT.
• We will date each application as we receive it and will fill the number of spaces we have available.
• Applications received after all spaces are filled will be placed on a wait list.
• Deposits received while spaces are STILL AVAILABLE are non-refundable.

Airline Information
All participants are encouraged purchase airline tickets through the AACD designated travel agency. The travel agency continually works with major airlines to secure the lowest rates possible. The AACD official travel agency is Globetrotter Travel. Participants should call toll free 877.485.2278 to book their airline ticket. Please identify your departure city for the agent and let them know if you want to travel on the same flights with anyone from your family/team/school or city. You can also request airline reservations and get information about ticket pricing for the trip via the Internet at www.globetrottermgmt.com/aacd/. You will need to make your ground package reservation separately through AACD. Spectators may purchase airline tickets through the AACD designated travel agency. Spectators who DO NOT use the AACD travel agency are responsible for their own transportation to and from the hotel on arrival, and transportation back to the airport when departing.
